Dance Teams perform at High School Varsity Basketball games!

Check out your local high school baseketball games this winter and be entertained at half-time by dance teams! These teams work hard to put on energizing and fun half-time shows!



"Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" at Shawnee Mission North!

"Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" opens this weekend at Shawnee Mission North running Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, January 26-28 at 7pm with a 2pm matinee on Saturday. Tickets are $10 for General Admission and $5 for children through 8th grade. Shawnee Mission North students with ID are free. For ticket info. call 913-993-7159.



"Thoroughly Modern Millie" at Shawnee Mission West

"Thoroughly Modern Millie" runs this weekend at Shawnee Mission West beginning this Thursday, Jan. 26 at 7pm and continuing Friday and Saturday, Jan. 27 and 28 at 7pm. Tickets will be sold on the bridge during lunch the week of the show, Jan. 23-27. TICKET PRICES: Regular: $10 (adults or out-of-district students) West student: one free with activity pass Shawnee Mission student: $3

Olathe North, Olathe Northwest, and Blue Valley North Chamber Choirs Perform with the Kansas City Symphony Chorus in Sci-Fi Spectacular!

Guest conductor Jack Everly of the Indianapolis Symphony will take the Kansas City Symphony on a journey through space and time. Audience members will travel to the edge of the universe with music from the biggest and best science fiction TV shows and movies, including Avatar, Star Wars and 2001: A Space Odyssey. Special guest George Takei (Sulu from Star Trek) provides dramatic narration…oh my! A fantastic laser light show and a performance by members of the Kansas City Symphony Chorus, Olathe North, Olathe Northwest , and Blue Valley North high school chamber choirs will add to the far-out fun. The performances are sold out for Friday and Saturday, January 27 and 28.
